Raymond Maldonado was born and raised in New York City and lives on City Island, Bronx. He comes from a background of 25 years of experience and brings both Investment property management and appraisal experience to bear when working with his real estate clients. Raymond attended City College Of New York and earned a BS in Social Science,  his background in Psychology gives him a unique insight into how to bargain as well as how to find the best deal and effectively market properties.

Raymond Maldonado served 20 years in the NYPD and was assigned to the Bronx Task Force which is an elite unit that responded to the attacks on September 11, 2001. Raymond retired with an unblemished record in 2019. Raymond learned invaluable skills in Integrity and accountability, unique to the NYPD, and brings them to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers. Raymond’s goal is to make everyone’s life a little bit better, whether its on a personal or professional level.  He spends his free time playing hockey, working out and traveling. Raymond’s son is a United States Marine & is extremely proud of him.
